BISP Wallet SIM Update – New Payments Expected Soon
BISP beneficiaries who have received their Wallet SIMs may soon start receiving payments through the new wallet system. Those who have not yet collected their SIMs are advised to do so before the reported deadline of 30 June 2026, as future payments may require an active Wallet SIM and wallet account.
Beneficiaries should keep their Wallet SIMs safe and never share their CNIC, OTP codes, or account details with anyone. BISP has also warned people not to create unofficial accounts through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other unverified methods. Official instructions for wallet activation are expected soon.
The government is expanding the BISP program from 10 million to 12 million families, which could add around 2 million new women beneficiaries. Discussions are also underway regarding a possible increase in the current Rs. 14,500 Benazir Kafalat payment, although no final decision has been announced.
Beneficiaries who became ineligible due to an incomplete Dynamic Survey may get another chance to register when the survey process resumes. People are advised to trust only messages sent from 8171 and follow official BISP updates to avoid fraud.
